This carving in heavy greenstone, similar to to spinach jade has a specific gravity of 2.85-2.9 and weighs approx. 2.187 Kg.
It would appear to date from the twentieth century but wear and markings on the base suggest the peice has some age. Origin unknown and markings inconclusive. Height. 195mm. (7.68 inches)
