The shell is of deep form, held up on coral branches on a seabed littered with whelks. First Mark, 1863-1890. Height 90mm, about 3.4 inches and diameter 107mm, about 4.5 inches.
The Parian body is extremely light and highly translucent. In immaculate condition. The glaze has a pale greeny yellowy translucency.
