Late Georgian/Regency hand cut short and long square facets separated by a band of hobnails. Lid star cut and moulded base with polished pontil.
A rare survivor of the early nineteenth century with only very minor nicks and knocks consistent with normal wear and tear. Nice decorative object for dining or dressing room table.
