This rare drawn trumpet and moulded form sits on an exceptionally wide base of almost firing weight which could suggest use on board ship. C Mid 18th century.
This glass weighs a heavy 212 grams and has a bowl width of 56mm and a foot width of 72mm which supports the possibility of this glass being designed for use on board. The foot has a broken pontil. Height. 95mm. (3.74 inches)
