Tumbler Dram Glass, C1840s.
Two rows of hollowed printies of rectangular and circular form are created by a pressed mould to encompass a hexagonal base. Over 157 grams in weight, fire polished and tactile.
Pressed glass rarely features in collectible drinking glasses but this is an exception and a good example of progress in the field by this period. Height. 57mm. (2.24 inches)
